I was usually coming for relaxing massages and because I have joint problems I always explained which area I need to be careful with and which need little more attention. But today with Tanich I heard that it's not possible to have focus or any adjustments at relaxing massages. Which is weird to me, when you are spending 90 minutes massaging, why not to spend more time on the parts that need it. Tanich invited Leen from the reception to assist. And it took more than 5 minutes for Leen to get to the point that I need to pay extra to have massage that I need. According to Leen relaxing massage is almost like wiping ???? very interesting perception of the process. All those negotiating wasted 15 from my day and ruined experience that I was craving for so much. Shame,I was really really looking forward to have relaxing massage, I didn't enjoy the hot oil one I was forced into. No need to tell I wasn't relaxed as a result too. Tanich was trying to comfort me and was kind. But when team is more interested in charging extra 3.320 OMR then understanding the customer that is not way to success | LDMB-2506-0336 |
